[PetiteCloud] feature request: hook console up to a tcp/ip port

one of the biggest show stoppers for us security POV is requiring the user
to login to finish the install of their instance... the reason for this is
almost all OS's require console access for the install (after install and
configured you can go pure remote)... the only way we see to offer this
access is via the petitecloud user account (which we want to reuse for
command line use)
