[PetiteCloud] meta scripts for run and install

[Aryeh Friedman]

run:

destroy any remains of previous users of the taps, cpu and ram
destroy any networking residue

set up the network
start the hyperv (storage is done on the command line of the hyperv)

install:

run the run script with install CD inserted
run the run script with no CD
