[PetiteCloud] Does having a mailing list vs. a forum harm us

If you don't mind subjecting yourselves to my unpolished moderating skills, I would be glad to organize the forum. A forum should be a place to freely discuss the progress of scalable cloud computing without the formality & stiffness of mailing lists.
