[PetiteCloud] how to run api

[Aryeh Friedman]

build now installs /usr/local/bin/petitecloud which will later become a
full command line but for now is just an api runner a good way to test it
is:

petitecloud src/samples/InstanceMapGetter.json

"-" is taken to be stdin

(the src/... is in the source code tar)
