Anything betwen %..% is a potential macro only named macros are
replaced.... so for example if you have one called noun but not word
"%word", %noun%" becomes "%word%, world" if noun="world"  and if word was
also set it be Hello, world... don't worry about what gets set or how just
put in where you think fill the blank is needed
