[PetiteCloud] quick notes on the build system

Likely your first task in untangling the build system is de-FNWE'ing it (in
several places it makes the assumption it is running on pc-dev[10.0.10.4]
on promotehus [10.0.10.10] and that Dee and me are the only developers).
While your at it making it so the URL is consitent across versions (only if
inrelease is set) [i.e. the end-user just goes to
http://localhost:8080/petitecloud]... just changing the name of the war
file should be enough here... oh it also assumes the following hosts are
available for testing:

lilth                 10.0.10.20 (currently failed attempt at Michael
Dexter's bhyve under AMD patch)
ishtar              10.0.10.30 (ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS [has removable drives
for testing on bare metal])

generalizing this would be useful.
